The VF is about implementing guidelines and conducting performance evaluations to ensure that the volunteers are performing in accordance with the standards of the program. It is also about empowering students, both to contribute to the mission and to achieve volunteers own personal development through programs and activities that give them personal growth and enhance their interpersonal and leadership skills.
